Our in house team are able to carry out repairs and servicing on a wide range of equipment. With backup from the long list of manufacturers we work with, we are able to obtain genuine parts for most brands of dj, sound and lighting equipment.
We regularly carry out repairs on Pioneer CDJs and controllers, Technics turntables, and various other brands of dj equipment. From simple jobs such as repairing play / cue buttons on CDJs, to complex repairs for liquid damaged units, we are able to carry out a high quality serivce on your equipment at a reasonable price.

FAQ
How much does it cost? We charge a £25 upfront inspection fee on each item. This covers the time for us to open it up, diagnose the fault and put together an estimate for the repair. We will then let you know the repair cost and you can decide whether to proceed or not. If you go ahead, the £25 already paid is taken off the final bill. If you decide not to proceed then there is nothing else to pay.
Can I post the item to you? Yes, you are welcome to send in the item(s) by post or courier. All we ask is that you contact us first to let us know what you are sending in, and then include a note with each item with your contact details and info on the fault(s). We strongly reccomend using a postal service that includes tracking and insurance for your item just in case there are any issues in transit.
Are all your repairs done yourselves? We aim to do as many of the repairs as we can “in house” in order to keep your reapir costs low. Our team have experience in most of the major equipment brands, plus we have support and advice available from the manufacturers, but occasionally there are some faults that do require seding back to the manufacturer. If we do need to do this, we will advise of any costs that may be incurred before sending away to get your approval.
How quick are the repairs? Repair times can vary, but most items are looked at within a week of us receiving them. If we carry the parts in stock then the actial repair may then be the same day once we receive approval. If parts need ordering in then we can normally get a lead time estimate to let you know how long it will be.
Can you do a repair while I wait? You can book in with us to carry out a “while you wait” repair if you need a quick turnaround. This is dependant on the parts being in stock ready, and the complexity of the repair. Give us a call to discuss if needed.
Can I borrow a replacement while mine is repaired? We have an extensive hire stock of equipment available, so if you need something while yours is fixed, we can book in a hire item for you, just give us a call in advance to discuss.
